BNI Kolkata CBD (A) & North Region kicks off much awaited BRICS 2024

• BNI Kolkata CBD (A) & North region initiates the highly anticipated BRICS 2024 sporting event involving 32 chapters and 2002+ members
• The grand opening ceremony took place at Space Circle on January 6th, with closing ceremony scheduled for 21st Jan
• The sporting event features tournaments in 10 sports category- cricket, volleyball, football, badmiton, chess, darts, carrom, 8-ball pool and 9-ball poll

BNI Kolkata CBD (A) & North region has kicked off the much-awaited BRICS 2024 sporting event, a highlight in the annual calendar for its enthusiastic members. This year, 32 chapters within the region are actively engaged in competitive spirit, participating in 10 sports since January 6th.

The grand opening ceremony took place at Space Circle on January 6th, setting the stage for a spectacular series of events. The sports extravaganza involves 2002+ members competing in 1200+ games across 10 different sports. The tournaments are being held at three prominent venues - Spring Club, Orchid Arena, and Space Club over the past two weekends.

The opening ceremony was graced by Executive Directors Mr. Bimal Samal and Mr. Rahul Mohta, along with Chairman Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, Co-Chairman Mr. Rishav Chowdhary, the Regional Team, and Sponsors at Space Circle. 

The culmination of BRICS 2024 is eagerly anticipated at the closing ceremony scheduled for January 21st at Orchid Arena, promising a mega clash of talents. The event is under the able management of Executive Directors Bimal Samal, Rahul Agarwal, and Rahul Mohata.
